28 Oct All Points Employees Attend the 34th Annual Dr. Wernher von Braun Memorial Dinner
Huntsville, AL, October 28, 2021 – Each year, the National Space Club in Huntsville, AL—home of the NASA Marshall Space Flight Center—holds its annual Dr. Wernher von Braun Memorial Dinner to celebrate the best of the best in space exploration. As the National Space Club-Huntsville’s major fundraiser, this formal event draws over a thousand attendees each year, enabling the club to conduct an extensive educational outreach program, providing college scholarships to area students, and sponsoring various STEM and aerospace educational activities in the community. This was the 33rd year for the Club’s stellar event.
All Points is a regular sponsor of the event and was honored to be a gold sponsor of this year’s sold out dinner.
Held at the Downtown Huntsville Von Braun Center on Wednesday, October 13, 2021, this formal dinner honored selected individuals and groups with such awards as the von Braun Space Flight Trophy, the Astronautics Engineering Award, the Distinguished Science Award, the Communications Award, the Community Service Award, and the Aerospace Educator Award, as well as awarding the Dr. Wernher von Braun Memorial Scholarship and National Space Club scholarships. Thanks to the great turnout and support, the National Space Club-Huntsville was able to give over $150,000 back in scholarships and STEM Program support.
All Points attendees had a wonderful time at the dinner and look forward to the 34th Annual Dr. Wernher von Braun Memorial Dinner to be held on Wednesday, October 26, 2022.
