Phil joined All Points in 1999 as Chief Operating Officer, playing a pivotal role in the company's growth and success, and assumed full ownership as President and Chief Executive Officer in 2009. As CEO, Phil is responsible for overseeing the strategic planning and management of All Points' business development and support operations. Phil's vision and leadership have been instrumental in All Points' success, and he continues to drive the company forward as a leader in the industry.
Prior to joining All Points, Phil worked for KPMG, a leading audit, tax, and advisory services firm, in several dynamic roles, including Manager of Information Technologies on KPMG projects for Prudential, Merrill Lynch, Kaiser Permanente, and the Wackenhut Company (now G4S Secure Solutions), where he was responsible for managing complex technology projects for these clients. Before his tenure at KPMG, Phil served as a private sector field engineer, working with the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) in Sigonella, Italy, from 1992 to 1994, and a data systems technician with the U.S. Navy from 1986 to 1992.
Phil earned a Bachelor’s degree in Management, Technical, and Industrial Education from Valdosta State University and an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of Alabama.
Jason Lagasca helps the CEO and other top executives of the company deal with the uncertainties and risks related to the company's plan and vision. He works to promote the objectives and culture desired by the CEO and interacts with the CEO's direct reports and Advisory Board members by using a mix of emotional intelligence, good judgment, discretion, diplomacy, and political acumen.
Jason is a retired U.S. Marine Corps Colonel who served for more than 26 years in the military. During his career, he held various leadership roles such as Chief of Staff, Senior Military Assistant, and Deputy Associate Director, with over 10 years of experience in these positions. Additionally, he has a vast legal background, with in-depth knowledge of various legal areas through his more than 28 years of practicing law. Jason has also served as a senior consultant and Board Advisor for over 10 years, showcasing his experience in the private sector.
He has a Juris Doctorate from Quinnipiac University and a bachelor's degree in general engineering with a major in history from the US Naval Academy.
Overseeing All Points’ administrative operations, including Human Resources, workforce recruitment, planning, and management, Robyn is a 21-year veteran of the firm with extensive experience in talent acquisition, employee development, strategic planning, and benefit negotiation.
Robyn’s background is in Human Resources and Accounting, with significant experience in leadership roles. Before joining All Points in 2003, she served as the Director of Human Resources and Accounting at Jefferson Randolph Corporation, where she was responsible for managing the company's human resources function, including recruitment, employee benefits, training, and development. She was also in charge of the company's accounting operations, overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, and cash management. Additionally, Robyn worked as a Human Resource professional at Scott Bridge Company, further developing her expertise in HR-related matters.
She earned a Bachelor’s degree in hospital administration with a minor in business from Huntington College and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Brenau University.
As Chief Business Development Officer, John is a key member of the company's leadership team and works closely with other executives to develop and implement strategies that drive company growth and profitability. He is also responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring that the company's services meet the needs of its customers.
Before joining All Points in 2015, John served for 10 years as a Project Engineer for Pratt & Whitney United Space Boosters. Following that, he spent 15 years as Director of NASA Projects and Business Development for Teledyne Brown Engineering, where he played a critical role in expanding the company's portfolio of NASA projects and developing new business opportunities. In addition to his professional achievements, John has served on the Huntsville/Madison Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, is an alumnus of the Leadership Huntsville Management Academy, and participates in many other community and professional organizations in Huntsville.
John earned a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alabama and an MBA in Business Administration from Troy State University.
Sid plays a critical role in shaping the company's strategic vision and developing innovative products and services for its customers across Government and Commercial sectors. He works closely with other members of the leadership team to establish priorities and allocate resources for innovation initiatives, and he oversees a team of professionals who are dedicated to driving innovation across the organization.
Prior to joining All Points, Sid served as the Director of Strategic Innovation at General Dynamics for eight years, where he was responsible for driving innovation initiatives across the company. Before his tenure at General Dynamics, Sid was the CTO of InfoPro, a McLean, VA-based systems integrator, where he led the development and deployment of innovative solutions to address complex business challenges.
Sid earned a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Bharathidasan University, a Master’s degree in Marketing and Finance from Vikram University, and a second Master’s degree in Software Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
Sean is responsible for delivering outstanding customer products and services by effectively managing the contracts within All Points Managed Services Line of Business, supporting the company’s strategic and tactical planning and execution.
Before joining the All Points team, Col (Ret) Murphy spent 27 years as an Air Force officer, serving the past 3 years as the Senior Technical Advisor to the United States Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM) Chief Information Officer. He brings over 30 years of leadership, IT, and cybersecurity expertise, specializing in command, control, communications, and computer (C4) capabilities with unique proficiency in no-fail mission critical communications, cybersecurity, and nuclear command, control, and communications (NC3) operations in support of the White House, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and three combatant commands. His technical, tactical, and leadership background enable
him to provide crucial strategic guidance to contract operations.
Sean has a BS in Mathematics from the University of Notre Dame and holds three Masters
degrees—an MBA in Finance from Auburn University, an MS in Cyber Warfare from Air Force Institute of Technology, and a Masters in National Strategy & Resource Management from the Dwight D. Eisenhower School for National Security and Resource Strategy Defense University.
Ed currently serves as the General Manager for All Points’ NASA IT programs. His responsibilities include leadership and operational oversight of the company’s ongoing IT operations. He is also responsible for applying All Points resources to manage numerous contracts, in accordance with corporate priorities and strategies, and ensuring All Points' vital resources—our people—are utilized effectively.
Ed’s career spans over 40 years in a variety of technical, management, and leadership roles. He possesses a unique insight into providing the management of large government contracts that includes engineering services, information technology, enterprise management, and communications / telecommunications operations and maintenance for NASA and other government and commercial customers. His background, experience, and knowledge provide key insight in the development of company growth plans and strategies.
He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida.
Dr. Sherby is responsible for managing and growing the company portfolio of Department of Defense contracts as well as the management of commercial contracts in the space industry. She also serves as one of the lead mentors in the DoD Mentor-Protégé Program and the Small Business Administration Mentor-Protégé Program at All Points.
Stephanie is a retired Army officer with the culminating position of Brigade Commander (Colonel). She has held many senior positions in multiple industries over the years, including commercial manufacturing, not-for-profit, and non-profit sectors.
She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida, a Master’s degree in Leadership from the American Public University System, and a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership and Development from Grand Canyon University.
Steve currently serves as the Chief Development Officer for the Launch Support Services Line of Business and the establishment of the associated, new business entity Space Prep. Mr. Lloyd has been with All Points for over 10 years and previous positions and leadership responsibilities include Chief Engineer, operations management, and business development.
Before joining the Space Prep team, Steve served in multiple roles in All Points’ organization, such as: Chief Development Officer, Chief Engineer, Operations Management, and Business Development Director. He has over 30 years of NASA and KSC experience, working with such companies as Lockheed Martin, where he joined the Space Shuttle program at KSC, managing and supporting the Navigation and Landing Aids (Nav-Aids) organization, and United Space Alliance, where he was Avionics Principal Engineer, overseeing Shuttle flight and ground systems.
He earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Central Florida.
As Sr. Vice President of Business Development, Kevin’s focus is on providing new facilities and services for pre-launch processing and operations of spacecraft and payloads in support of the growing space launch industry.
Prior to joining the All Points team, Kevin's experience includes Director of Business Development for Civil Space at Engility; Senior Associate with Booz Allen Hamilton, where he managed BAH’s business portfolio at JSC and Patrick Space Force Base; and co-founder and VP of Business Development at Command and Control Technologies (CCT). During his time at CCT, the company was selected as KSC Small Business Subcontractor of the Year and named one of Florida’s Top 100 fastest growing companies. Kevin also managed new business and R&D at the KSC division of McDonnell Douglas Aerospace (now Boeing), where he led several ground systems engineering projects, including payload preparation for the Space Shuttle and real time systems for the Delta Clipper experimental (DC-X) vehicle.
He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Louisiana-Lafayette and an MS in Engineering Management from the University of Central Florida.
Dan is responsible for executing the corporate vision to establish spacecraft and payload processing capabilities and associated services. This involves planning, developing, and implementing the necessary facilities, systems, and processes for delivering products and services for the Launch Support Services Business Unit. Dan manages the cost, schedule, and risk of approved projects, while supporting Business Development efforts to establish and expand the business base.
Dan has more than 35 years of experience in designing, developing, and activating facilities and equipment for processing spacecraft. For 25 years, he supported the Space Shuttle program for all 110 missions—from preparation to launch and recovery.
Dan has worked for United Space Alliance, where he held various positions, including Solid Rocket Booster Systems Engineer, Principal Engineer, Manager – Senior Technical Management, and Deputy Director of Engineering. Before joining the Space Prep team, Dan served as the Director of Operations for Sierra Nevada, where he established manufacturing and ground operations for the Dream Chaser spacecraft.
He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
Les supports All Points' Business Development for LSS commercial and federal markets and also provides facility development expertise within our LSS organizations to build effective value propositions for customers. He advocates for customers and creates solutions that help them conduct their missions more efficiently and cost effectively.
Les was formerly a senior manager at Teledyne Brown Engineering, RS&H, and Raytheon, with extensive experience in ground operations for space launch vehicles and payloads, designing ground operations facilities, and developing market strategies for aerospace products and services. Before departing NASA to join the commercial industry, he completed a 21-year history at KSC, where he served as a core member of a High-Performance Organization (HPO), supporting large shuttle infrastructure projects.
He is a certified Site Test Conductor and has led several iconic projects at KSC, including the Shuttle Launch Simulation and major revitalization projects in the Vehicle Assembly Building and Launch Complex 39 Pads A and B.
Les earned a Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Operations Management and a Master’s degree in Technical Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
Scott leads All Points' Value-Added Reseller – Information Technology (VAR-IT) line of business by providing information technology solutions to customers in the Public Sector and Commercial markets. He aligns industry leading OEMs with All Points, through corporate agreements, to maximize solutioning and efficiencies in the supply chain.
Scott has a vast and diverse job history, with 29 years of experience in business development and technical sales. He has acquired extensive knowledge and skills in these areas, including market analysis, identifying potential business opportunities, developing sales strategies, and negotiating contracts. Additionally, Scott has 13 years of experience in contracting within the Public Sector, providing him with a strong familiarity with government procurement policies and procedures.
Scott earned a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing – Industrial Distribution from the University of Alabama, Birmingham and an EMBA from Vanderbilt University.
For the last 12 years, Tim has provided leadership to the Acquisitions/Procurement Team, which includes responsibilities for the sourcing and procurement of various commodities in support of military, civilian, contractor, and commercial customers. Revenue growth has increased by $60M since 2015. The Aviation/Aerospace industry is Tim’s primary focus, with a concentration in the MRO Aviation industry.
Prior to joining All Points, Mr. Nelson spent 15 years in the Commercial Electronic Component industry as a Product Manager for Arrow Electronics and Distribution Coordinator for Dyneamark. His focus included cost reductions, Just-in-Time (JIT) implementations, and world class manufacturing techniques. These techniques included KAN BAN (Inventory Methods), Kaizen training, and Six Sigma.
Tim earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Contract Management from Athens State University.
Driving the company’s strategic and financial direction as head of All Points’ Leadership Team, Phil consistently fosters best-in-class products, services, and solutions to the Government and commercial marketplace.
